Dumova Tennis LLC — Terms of Service

These Terms govern registration for and participation in Dumova Tennis LLC programs, clinics, lessons, camps, and events (“Activities”). By purchasing, registering, or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Waiver required
Participation in any on-court activity requires acceptance of the Dumova Tennis LLC Waiver & Release. You can review it here: Waiver & Release.
2. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your reservation may not be confirmed until payment is completed. Prices, program dates, and schedules are listed on the website and/or the Stripe checkout page.
3. Cancellation, make-up & refund policy
The following policy applies to adult clinics, junior clinics, and private lessons:
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation to be eligible for a make-up.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a make-up.
  • Junior clinic make-ups may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed and are subject to court availability (for example, weekend evenings or holiday breaks).
  • Make-ups must be used within the same indoor season and do not carry over.
  • Refund requests are permitted on or before June 1. Cancellations made after June 1 are non-refundable.
4. Schedule changes
Dumova Tennis LLC may adjust sessions due to safety concerns, weather, facility availability, or staffing. When possible, changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback may result in loss of reservation and/or future enrollment until the dispute is resolved.
